We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Digital downloads (e-books, guides, or any digital content)

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • A $8 restocking fee applies to all returned packages, including those returned due to incorrect or vacant addresses or other issues beyond our control.

  • Items damaged, used, altered, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

Refunds & Credits

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at bashkamyers@gmail.com for assistance.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

  • If cancellation is not requested within this timeframe, the next shipment will be processed as scheduled, and the cancellation will take effect afterward.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to order processing logistics.

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping coupons apply only to standard shipping and do not cover upgraded shipping options.

  • For international shipments, the customer is responsible for knowing and complying with customs regulations in their country.
